Fivedot partners with homeowners, nonprofits, and community-based organizations to help create new housing opportunities within existing communities. Our work includes backyard cottages, infill housing, and community based organization led development projects that respond to local needs and priorities.

In many cases, our role begins well before design. We assist partners in exploring project feasibility, assembling teams, and navigating the early stages of development so that housing ideas can become real and lasting places.
