This 1400 square foot house is an efficient living solution for a couple with a modern asthetic.
Drawing inspiration from the Japanese background of one of the clients, the finishes include simple, natural materials that highlight simple and elegant craftsmanship.
The house makes the most of a small site with its L-shape that opens up completely to a courtyard, truly expanding the living space outdoors.
