The concept of the RBAC FIC clusters manufacturing, technology, and food sectors around the light rail station to provide access to career-path living-wage jobs, strengthening the local economy through production rather than consumption.

Rainier Beach Action Coalition is an incredible local non profit working in multiple areas of impact within the Rainier Beach neighborhood and beyond. Fivedot is currently assisting RBAC with the redevelopment of an older building to serve as thier Food Hub and Growth Center.
