CAPACITY BUILDING AND TRAINING

A program to assist Agros International in elevating thier internal capacity in the area of human habitation.

Let’s talk about your project

We worked with Agros International to help them improve their methodology for selecting and developing villages in Central America. Our work was focused on developing processes and setting up systems that would allow Agros to increase their impact and leverage their capitol investitures to further their mission.

We developed a set of criteria for selecting a village site based on natural and socioeconomic metrics. These metrics were used to develop a site selection manual which allows Agros staff to quickly and efficiently rate available land parcels for purchase using a standardized set of criteria.

Fivedot provided training both in site selection and community engagement to Agros staff in Nicaragua allowing them to increase the efficacy of their in country teams and increase the impact of their village developments.
